Rub salmon fillets with a mild Cajun spice blend and grill them for just a few minutes on each side. The fish stays juicy and gets a tasty crust. Top it with a cool salsa made from avocado, mango, and kiwi for a bright, tropical flavor. Serve the fish alone or with quinoa or green beans for a full meal.
