This is not a boring salad. It is big, crunchy, and full of flavor. Snow peas and cabbage give a snap, rotisserie chicken adds protein, and a sweet‑tangy Asian dressing ties everything together. Small orange pieces make it taste bright. Each bowl has 38 g of protein and 7 g of fiber, so it keeps you full for hours.

Low‑carb meals often lack fiber. This salad is low in carbs but high in fiber because of all the vegetables.
