Blueberry Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Put oats, milk, and yogurt in a jar with a lid. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add peanut butter and chia seeds. Mix well; the peanut butter may need extra stirring.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and stir again.
  4. Fold half of the banana slices into the mixture. Save the rest for topping.
  5. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4‑6 hours, or overnight.
  6. When you’re ready to eat, give the oats a quick stir.
  7. Top with the remaining banana slices and fresh blueberries. Eat cold.
