What You Need

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain non‑fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

How to Make It

Put all the ingredients into a clean mason jar or any sealed container. Stir until everything is mixed well. Close the lid and put the jar in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, eat it straight from the jar. It’s cool, tasty, and ready to go.
