Creamy Almond Butter & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (244 g) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 medium bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
  • 2 tbsp (32 g) unsalted almond butter
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 scoops protein powder

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, then pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
