Apple Cinnamon & Chia Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old‑fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup reduced‑fat milk
  • 1/4 cup non‑fat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Directions

Put all the ingredients into a container that has a lid. Stir them together, close the lid, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Eat it cold.
