Apple Cinnamon & Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old‑fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup reduced‑fat milk
- 1/4 cup non‑fat Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a container that has a lid. Stir them together, close the lid, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Eat it cold.
