Ingredients
For the smoothie
- 3 tsp cacao nibs (divide)
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 2 cups packed raw spinach
- ¼ cup rolled oats
For the topping
- ¼ small banana, thinly sliced
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tbsp raw almonds, chopped
- Remaining cacao nibs
Directions
Put 2 tsp cacao nibs in a high‑speed blender. Add soy milk, protein powder, almond butter, frozen banana, spinach, and oats. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides if needed.
Divide the blend into two bowls. Smooth the tops. Arrange banana slices, raspberries, chopped almonds, and the rest of the cacao nibs on each bowl. Serve right away.
